Couldn’t be more pleased!  This is a family-owned & operated business — which I’d always rather support than the large corporate ones — and they clearly know what it’s like to be on the customer side of the phone call & service.

They price by the vent, so there are no surprises: you know what the charge will be before they get to your door.  Danny was polite, courteous & friendly; he did an excellent job — using a wonderful smelling lemon cleaner on the vents — giving me complete confidence to turn on the central air in the house where I’d just moved.

I’d decided to take advantage of the small discount on chimney cleaning if they’re already at the property, but Danny inspected the chimney — at no charge — and informed me that it was clean!

And I’m locked in at the per-vent price I paid, so even if their price increases, they’ll charge me what I paid!  And this policy, by the way, flies in the face of most companies’ “promotional” pricing, which offers the best “deals” only to new customers…
