We were encouraged to have our dryer duct cleaned by all of the house fire scares. Sure glad we did. We called Fresh Air and they arranged to come by on a Sunday morning because of our schedule. Danny arrived and was most professional and informative, explaining the procedure while setting up. There was a pile that was blown originally to the outside because of a blockage. There was an equal amount of lint and hair (2 cats in the house) in his once empty vacuum. Danny proceeded to vacuum up the laundry area and the back of the dryer, then reattached the ducting. If you haven’t had this done in a while, you need to. This is a great company that is accommodating and very professional. They arrived on time, left things cleaner than when they arrived, and actually said thank you (how many businesses do that today). I highly recommend.
