Just purchased a home in the area and the previous tenants took very poor care of the house. The previous people had pets and my boyfriend is allergic to cats. Over the weekend had to take him to the emergency room b/c he couldn’t breathe. The next day was Sunday and I was scrambling to find someone who could come out the next day to clean the vents.

Fresh Air responded same day (Sunday) and were able to come out the following day (Monday). The price they charged was WAY lower than the other companies I had called. When I came home I could smell and see the difference.

Very happy this company came out on such short notice and they didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommend them!

   Fresh Air Duct Cleaning provided excellent service regarding our dryer vent / duct concerns. Such quick response time to my request and ease of scheduling by Grace. Great communication regarding the service time and Danny arrived promptly as scheduled.

   Fresh Air Duct Cleaning was one of several recommendations for fireplace chimney cleaning from yelp. Some others wouldn't commit to a specific cost for the service, or had lower number of reviews and and average score.  Danny already had an excellent yelp score, was clear that there were no hidden charges, and was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days.  He and his apprentice arrived 15 minutes into the 4-hour window and the job was completed in about an hour.  He was providing on-the-job training to his apprentice and his teaching technique was wonderful.  In performing the work, a full drop-cloth was laid down and the HEPA filter equipped vacuum ensured that there was absolutely no airborne dust from the work.    Danny was on time and punctual. His dryer vent service took approximately 40 minutes from start to finish and left me a bag of lent that weighed 2-3 pounds. 
I definitely will refer Danny if anyone asks if I know someone?

   Had Danny come out as our dryer stopped working.  I assumed it was the vent like 5 years ago when they recommended coming every two years  They are reliable , responsible and they quote a fee before they come out.  Danny removed a whole bag of lint.  Dryer still didn't work.  Turns out it was the belt but I will definitely have them come out once every two years to clean the vent

   Danny came out to clean the dryer vent. However several weeks later, the dryer showed the vent error message again. Danny came out again to make sure nothing wrong with the vent. It turns out the new dryer has a very sensitive sensor that may require a vent directly connected to the outside without curves or bent. He made sure that it is safe to use the dryer.    I contacted about 5 other companies and am so glad I went with these guys! Grace was fantastic at communication, reminders, and answering my questions. Flat fee with no surprises. We added on dryer vent cleaning as well. They were on time and efficient. We notice a huge difference with our HVAC and can run the heat without it feeling stuffy in the house.    Had a great experience with Danny from Fresh Air Duct Cleaning today.

Showed up on time.
Cleaned all the vent and exhaust covers.
Used a negative pressure vac system that sucked out all the dust.
Wiped down the surrounding vent area.
Left the office smelling nice a clean with a citrusy smell.
Cost exactly what was quoted.

Grace was very helpful in the office getting the appointment set and confirmed.
